About this game:

The “flow realm” is to calm the mind and enter a deeply soothing state of mind. It combines high-frame-rate stereoscopic 180° video with interactive elements for breathing, attentive listening, playfulness, buzzing, and frequency entrainment.

You can choose from a variety of (there are currently six) experiences, each offering a different scenery, general atmosphere, and meditation narrative.
In the session timing options, you can set the start time and duration of the different guide features: voiceover, breathing guide, spatial sound, hum guide, frequency entrainment, and game elements.
Each feature has different settings that you can adjust to your liking. For example, the breathing rhythm that affects a customizable visual focus object can be a fixed, user-defined rhythm or controlled using your hand or abdominal movements.

Rather than providing step-by-step voice guidance, the focus of the app is to create small movie journeys in a poetic and meditative way.
