All of us want to have more control over our emotions and manage stress. ZenVR is the meditation learning system you’ve been looking for! Through an instructor-led classroom experience, ZenVR will teach you true meditation, not relaxation, and guide you through your skills from the mat to your daily routine. The ever-growing curriculum curriculum is built by real meditation teachers and proven in research conducted at Georgia Tech to teach you skills to improve your everyday mental health.

Easily incorporate the ZenVR learning system into your weekly routine. Lessons 1 – 4 (approximately half an hour each) are now available. You’ll also get access to practice mode, where you can set up personalized sessions to conveniently review techniques and concepts and/or simply conduct guided or solo meditations. As we continue to expand our one-of-a-kind courses, we’ll be releasing more courses and features!
