About this game:
First Hand is the official hand tracking demo built by Meta. Experience the magic of interacting with the virtual world directly with your hands. Use switches, joysticks, virtual UIs to craft robot gloves as you solve puzzles, and then experience their superpowers.
We built First Hand to demonstrate the diversity of possible features and interaction models for Hands. The demo is built using the Presence Platform’s Interaction SDK, an interaction component library, gestures, and tools for building magical hand and controller interactions. The demo is also available as an open-source project for developers who want to easily replicate similar interactions.
In this demo, we took inspiration from First Contact, the original Meta experience that showcased controller interactions.
